●

the Practice

A space held for
one person at a time.

I value one-on-one sessions because they create an intimate and safe space, where we listen and respond to one another in a very personal way. From there, we can explore together the practice
that best supports what you need in that particular moment.

RELAX. RESTORE. REMEMBER. RECEIVE.

These private sessions are available both in person and online.

Yoga Nidra as medicine

Experience true rest
through Yogic Sleep

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, physical tension or pain, sleep difficulties, digestive discomfort or navigating a challenging period, I believe restoring balance begins with deep rest.

Yoga Nidra is one of the most accessible and profound practices for real relaxation and restoration of energy flow in the body. It invites you in a space where by releasing physical and emotional tension, deeper processes unfold naturally from within.

It creates access to layers of the subconscious mind and space to work with deeply held beliefs and emotional patterns, in a very gentle way. Can be also a gateway to intuition and the abundant field of creativity.

Through my guidance, self-inquiry and a practice adapted to your needs, you are invited into a process that unfolds gently and consistently with each private session.

A personalized journey into deep relaxation, self-discovery and inner awareness.

Yoga as therapy

An offering
shaped around you

Each private session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are, honouring your body, your needs, your intentions and your current rhythm.

We work with the physical, energetic, emotional and intuitive dimensions of the body, using movement, breath, awareness and deep relaxation as pathways towards restoring aliveness.

Creating space to slow down and feel safe allows the nervous system to regulate. As the body settles, the breath deepens, and the energy begins to flow more freely. We create the conditions and set the intention.

The body’s intelligence does the rest.

And so by restoring this connection, we remember we can receive guidance from within.

Depending on what you need, our sessions may draw from Hatha, Yin or Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and breath work, Yoga Nidra, Embodiment, Mindfulness, Shaking, Dance, Ayurveda and intuitive creative practices such as writing or painting.

A practice created around you, to help you slow down, listen deeply, reconnect with life force and trust its wisdom again.

Some Principles

To consider as we practice

Slowing down allows you to become more aware of your body and its needs in each moment. This is true presence, when the practice becomes a conversation rather than a sequence of steps to follow.

Simplicity creates safety. From a place of safety, the breath and energy can guide the practice naturally, allowing the body to lead rather than the mind to control.

Creativity invites curiosity. It opens space to explore, to meet your edges and discover what feels right and what doesn’t.

Own you practice by honoring your unique nature and how you feel at that moment, allowing the practice to evolve with you. There is no need to force a shape or follow a fixed path. Simply listen, adjust and find what feels righ.

In Their Words

What the practice has felt like

My yoga classes with Oana are great. I always feel that her strong intuition matches my needs for the class. We always follow our flow and it turns out perfect. After every class I feel very relaxed and in tune with my body. I love it!

Oana is an excellent yoga teacher. We were so grateful to find Oana, who helped us reconnect with yoga in a very gentle and intentional way that catered for our specific needs. Each class was unique and dynamic. Some days were slow and relaxing, focusing on proper alignment and breathing. Other days were more rigorous and focused on strength building. Every day we felt safe. Oana goes out of her way to make sure we were doing things to increase our flexibility and core strength without causing injury or pushing our bodies in the wrong ways.

The private yoga class I had with Oana was a very special experience. Oana designed an asana sequence according to my Ayurvedic constitution. She led me through it with such ease that I felt like a yoga pro, and I am not.
