Gatherings
“When I is replaced with WE,
even illness becomes wellness.”
Why we gather
In a world where loneliness and separation are increasingly prevalent,
coming together feels more important than ever.
I value community and believe in its power
to hold, support and inspire us.
We create spaces to meet, connect and share, both in person and live online.
You come as close as you wish
MONTHLY CIRCLE
A room open to sharing.
Come as you are!
My free offering to the community and those who want to explore this path and philosophy of life together.
We gather monthly online to check in and explore the principles in day to day life and find ways to support each other on this path.
These circles can be inspired by questions or personal experiences and can also include practices that may spontaneously support what arises in the space.
I trust in the power of the container created to serve what is best in that moment.

Yin Yang Nidra
A practice that honours
the natural cycles of life
Just as nature moves through cycles of day and night, activity and rest, our nervous system naturally moves between states of activation and restoration. This cycle though is for most of us out of balance, as activation states are the most predominant in our day to day life.
These sessions offer integrative practices combining the dynamic qualities of Yang with the receptive nature of Yin and the profound rest of Yoga Nidra, helping the body to restore the natural cycle as an internal clock to be understood and honored
Weekly classes live in person and online via Zoom platform

RETREATS
Our retreats are an invitation to slow down.
Reconnect with nature and with your own nature, while experiencing real rest and the beauty of a simpler way of living.
Let’s rediscover the joy of being together!
Inspired by Ayurvedic principles, we move through the days of our retreats allowing the body and mind to gradually return to a more natural rhythm.

a retreat day
A day lived in rhythm with nature
is a return to the rhythm within…
We begin in silence. Nothing is asked of you yet, other than to step outside, breathe the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature and allow your senses to slowly come alive. In this way, we reconnect with the body and attune to the energy of the day, before entering into any activity.
We continue with movement and breath, a practice that meets the day rather than forcing it. As the sun rises, our morning practice supports the body’s natural awakening, preparing us to enter the day with energy, presence and openness. Depending on the theme of the retreat, we may practice yoga, embodiment, conscious movement or dance.
After the morning practice, we gather around delicious, nourishing food and take a moment to connect and check in with one another. As the sun rises higher, the energy of the day expands. We spend time outdoors exploring our surroundings, discovering something new through a workshop, or creating something with our hands. There is space for curiosity, connection and play.
As the energy of the day begins to soften, we create space to simply be. The afternoon is intentionally unstructured. You might choose a massage, a swim, a walk in nature, some delicious food, or simply time for yourself and your journal. This is time to listen to what your body needs rather than what your mind thinks you should be doing. A practice of conscious rest and receptivity.
As the day gradually comes to an end, dusk becomes a moment of transition, from outward activity to inward awareness. We gather for a gentle Yin or restorative practice, meditation or Yoga Nidra, allowing body and mind to soften and prepare for rest. We close the day with a nourishing dinner, a quiet conversation, a simple ritual or a circle around the fire.
The most powerful medicine. The nervous system softens. The mind becomes quieter. The body remembers how to rest. And eventually, sleep comes naturally: deep, restorative and unforced.
